Role Purpose

The purpose of this position is to carry out activities to reach out to the community and create a positive impact for the target group through CSR programmes. The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Executive will support the company’s CSR initiatives by assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of various social impact programs. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate passionate about creating positive change in the community and developing a career in CSR. This role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to help deliver impactful, sustainable programs that align with the company’s values, business strategy, and community needs.

This position is important to support the achievement of all strategies and initiatives that have been planned for PruBSN Prihatin. By offering an effective community investment program, companies will benefit from a good reputation , which will lead to an increase in the company’s brand and image.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of CSR programs aligned with the company's objectives, including event planning, community outreach, and project logistics.
  • Help in developing and executing small-scale CSR activities that contribute to the overall social impact strategy that align with the company's core values and social impact goals.
  • Track program timelines, assist in resource allocation, and help ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Manage and coordinate the implementation of CSR projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Support relationships with external partners, including NGOs, community organizations, government bodies, educational institutions and other corporate organizations to facilitate program success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CSR activities into business operations as well as build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, community members and partners.
  • ssist in organizing community events and gatherings to strengthen partnerships and increase program visibility.
  • Help coordinate volunteer opportunities and promote employee engagement in CSR activities.
  • Assist in preparing updates, reports, and summaries on CSR activities for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help develop content for social media, newsletters, and other communication channels to raise awareness about CSR programs.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders and participants to improve future programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of CSR activities, expenses, and resources.
  • Provide general administrative support to the CSR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and handling logistics.
  • Support the preparation of CSR materials, presentations, and documents as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines and policies such as Prudential Group, Bank Negara, Registrar of Societies (ROS), LHDN, and etc.
