EXECUTIVE, GLOBAL BUSINESS OFFICE (MANDARIN SPEAKER/JAPANESE SPEAKER)

JOB SPECIFICATION

1. To establish, develop and maintain business relationship with existing and potential technical business partners and customers.
2. To prepare, analyze and generate royalty report for licenced products, new process and localization strategies with the technical business partners.
3. To establish, and develop business activities including but not limited to the new products, new process and localization strategies with the technical business partners.
4. To manage, monitor and report new model progress and activities planned for the licenced products monthly or at scheduled timing.
5. To coordinate and relay information related to new model or activities status between internal and technical partners via conference meeting emails, phone calls
6. Assist for translation to Malay/English or vice versa
7. Making necessary arrangement during customers/technical partners visit to the company
8. Any other task assigned by the superior from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education - Possess diploma or degree in engineering discipline, Mandarin language or Japanese language proficiency N3 and above
• Work experience - Required above 2 years working experience in manufacturing sector. Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge/Skills - Computer literate, good communication skills
• Able to adapt with foreign business partner.
