We are looking for an experienced Executive/Snr Executive, Marketing & Communications to play a key role in executing and managing marketing strategies and communication efforts that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

  • Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives.
  • Plan, manage and coordinate marketing campaigns via seasonal launches & in-store events.
  • Collaborate with the creative and design teams to produce engaging and impactful marketing materials.
  • Monitor the performance of campaigns and provide reports on key metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis. Ensure marketing activities are implemented with excellence and timely delivery of all deliverables.
  • Identify and analyse market reactions & results of marketing activities.
  • Drive effective communication with all stakeholders (Retail, e-Comm, Sales and Creative etc).
  • Identify issues and barriers affecting implementation of brand projects and formulates action plans/solutions - Continuously evaluate and develop the position of the brand.
  • Partner with stakeholder team to implement Brand Activation programmes
  • Assist Marcom Manager & Chief Creative & Marketing officer to develop all creative and content assets with creative team to meeting deadlines
  • Liaise and be responsible for the coordination of agency team on the development, design and production of creative & content assets.
  • Assists on the development of post campaign reports and analysis.
  • Prepares and actualises cost reports per project at the completion of each brand marketing campaign. Constantly reviews targeted expenditures and makes real-time adjustments in order to optimise brand marketing campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on campaign management, content creation, and media relations.
  • Strong understanding of retail, digital marketing, social media platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Experience in the fashion, luxury, or retail industry.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a strong focus on results.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude.
