Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate for the position of Video Editor to join our creative and innovative team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to our projects by producing high-quality video content that aligns with our vision and engages our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce a variety of high-quality video content: Create engaging promotional materials, advertisements, product demonstrations, social media clips, and internal corporate videos, transforming raw footage into professional, visually compelling assets.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with graphic designers, content creators, and marketing strategists to ensure alignment between video production and campaign objectives, delivering creative solutions that meet project goals.
  
• Integrate motion graphics and animations: Incorporate text overlays, animated elements, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and maintain visual interest, while ensuring consistency with brand identity.
  
• Enhance audio and sound quality: Oversee the addition and editing of music, sound effects, and voiceovers, ensuring a cohesive and polished auditory experience across all video content.
  
• Perform colour correction and grading: Optimise colour balance, lighting, and tones to enhance the visual aesthetic of the content, ensuring all videos align with brand standards.
  
• Adapt content for multiple platforms: Tailor and reformat video content for different platforms, such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and websites, adhering to specific format requirements and optimising for best practices in engagement and performance.
  
• Incorporate feedback efficiently: Work closely with stakeholders to integrate revisions and adjustments while maintaining the integrity of the original creative vision.
  
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices: Continuously explore new video editing techniques, tools, and emerging trends to ensure that the company’s video content remains innovative and competitive in the market.
  
• Organize and manage media assets: Ensure proper storage and organization of all video footage and project files, maintaining a system that supports easy access and efficient workflow.
  
• Meet project deadlines: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  
• Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions: Actively participate in team discussions, providing input and creative ideas to support ongoing and future video projects.
  
• Support marketing initiatives: Develop video content that aligns with marketing objectives, supporting brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Job Requirement

• Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Media or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Marketing or a similar field.
• Prefer English and Mandarin speaking candidates.
• Willingness to assist with initiatives and projects as needs arise throughout the organisation.
• Applicants must have knowledge on video composition, framing and light works.
• Applicants must know how to use Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effect and more.
• Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity.
• Good understanding of Marketing tools.
• Able to think independently and rationally.
• Familiar with social media analytics.
