In this pivotal role, you will oversee payment processes and internal controls across various overseas subsidiaries, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures. Job Descriptions:

1. Ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures across all financial and payment transactions.
2. Perform detailed assessments on payment transactions to verify accuracy through a strong understanding of business processes.
3. Develop and maintain internal control mechanisms to prevent fraud, misappropriation of funds, or unauthorized transactions.
4. Accurately verify and sign off on physical cheques, payment instructions, and internet banking payments, ensuring all payments adhere to company SOPs. This includes overseeing subsidiaries in India, Vietnam, Thailand, and African countries.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Science-related disciplines.
2. At least 4 years of relevant industry experience in a similar role.
3. Willingness to travel internationally, including to Africa and India, for two to three months per trip, with travel commitments of up to 4-6 months per year.
