Responsible for the efficient management of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching goods according to company policies and standards. This role ensures that inventory is managed correctly, orders are processed in a timely manner, and the warehouse operates in compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines. The Warehouse Executive will also be responsible for overseeing the coordination of staff activities and 3PL operations, ensuring smooth and effective warehouse operations.

Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and prepare finished goods for delivery or pickup as per warehouse schedules.
- Ensure the correct and timely delivery of stocks with the necessary documentation as per warehouse policies and regulations.
- Ensure no aged products, specifically beer, are released before obtaining the necessary approval in accordance with Carlsberg policy.
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Organize and maintain storage layout to ensure efficient space utilization.
- Perform physical stock counts and cycle counts as required
- Ensure warehouse operations adhere to Carlsberg standards and compliance requirements.
- Keep all work areas clean and organized, following the cleaning schedule and 5S principles.
- Safeguard the company’s assets and ensure confidentiality is maintained by not revealing sensitive information to unauthorized personnel.
- Coordinate and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring that they adhere to safety and operational procedures.
- Arrange for staff overtime (including weekdays, public holidays, and shutdowns) as required and ensure that assigned activities are carried out effectively.
- Ensure that all staff, contract workers, and lorry drivers comply with proper attire and safety protocols.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues, including discrepancies in inventory, damages, or delays in deliveries.
- Act as the point of contact for coordinating the operations of third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Prepare and submit required reports.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager, Warehouse & 3PL.
- With SPM/STPM/Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistic or equivalent.
- At least 2 years experience in warehouse operation.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer skills (Ms Words and Excel).
