Job Responsibility

Responsibilities

Responsible in planning and execution processes for events, exhibitions & digital marketing.
To liaise with vendors, suppliers, crew, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of services
To manage event timelines, event logistics and handle event operation for exhibition.
Manage content for website, social media platform across digital advertisement and social media platforms
To assist on others operational events & projects.

Job Requirements

Diploma in any discipline.
Team work - Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others.
Communication - Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to effective communication.
Problem solving - Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Accountability & adaptability - Ability to work under pressure & independently. Able to meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to details.
Good computer literate. Proficiency in Microsoft office especially in Excel, PowerPoint, Canva presentation.
