Role Summary

The main responsibility of the Facilities Service Coordinator is to manage, work with and support all local real estate facility related assignments including sustainability and maintenance for a defined area. This is achieved by working according to the long term plan (LTP) to coordinate support maintenance, refurbishments, sustainability projects and all related tasks connected to the captive business.

Job Responsibilities

Facility Management - Function as the main responsible for local captive facilities in the market


  • Define and develop a long term maintenance plan, ensure implementation and follow-up according to the plan
  • Manage and support maintenance, sustainability, assignments and related facility activities in the Business Unit
  • Provide the best quality and the most optimal solutions in balance with Scania’s demands and requirements, local business needs and financial situation
  • Secure that Scania’s functional requirements, demands, standards and strategies are applied
  • Coordinate and Manage
  • Maintenance according to process (Long Term, Preventive and Corrective maintenance)
  • Sustainability solutions for Scania facilities
  • New facilities according to process and projects
  • Time & Cost
  • Offer guidance and coordinate with local engineering, real estate personnel in factory on regarding the new or modified Scania facilities.
  • Coordinate and ensure implementation of sustainability and energy efficiency measures in respective facilities in order to contribute to the overall Scania’s CO2 Emissions Reduction and Responsible Business targets
  • Plan and coordinate processes and local activities connected to needs and long-term maintenance plans
  • Collect data, verify and store information and data, coordinate and report results and deviations from processes, standards and plans, ensure follow up
  • Allocate, assign and plan local resources according to needs and long-term maintenance plans, if applicable
  • Continuously challenge, develop and improve ways of working, processes, methods etc. related to facility management
  • Act with authority to Start, stop or put on-hold projects, assignments and activities connected to task above, if applicable
  • Perform reviews and visits within the area of responsibility
  • Coordinate with and support local staff to ensure fulfilment of requirements as well as local plans and activities


Education


  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level 6
