Note: This role is posted for future Goodyear opening in Sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow the sales of our products within the assigned region.
• Set and achieve sales quotas and market share objectives in line with company goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including government contracts, corporate clients, and project leads.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Provide regular reports and insights to management on market conditions and competitive landscape.
• Coordinate with distributor sales and technical teams to enhance performance and support fleet visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in end-to-end account management, implementation of sales programs, business development and sales data analysis
• Must have retail or modern trade and distributor management experience
• Experience in tyre/automotive industry is a plus
