Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Voucher vendor invoice in Oracle AP
- Doing invoice attachment
- Reconcile vendor statement of account
- Follow-up invoice & PO discrepancies with purchasing team
- Perform accrual for unprocessed invoice
- Perform AP module month-end closing
- Degree in Accounting or Professional Certificate equivalent
- With working experience in related job or fresh graduate are both welcome
- Able to work under minimum supervision & meet deadlines
- Able to effectively communicate with working partners at foreign countries
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic with an aptitude for numbers
