1Responsibilities
- To assist the Project General Manager in the realistic overall development planning, scheduling and monitoring of construction progress.
- Liaise and coordinate with local authorities, consultants, contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, resolved all technical and operation issues arising at project site and contractual disputes.
- Attend all the site meetings in related to project site, compile and prepare reports for records and feedback of information for management review.
- To follow-up with local authorities on obtain the approval for development order (KM), building plan and Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC).
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as maybe assigned by the superior or Company.
2Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structural/Mechanical/ Architecture/Construction Management/ Quantity surveying.
- At least 5 years of working experience in related field.
- Able to speak in Malay/English, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office. (Word and Excel)
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independent and fast learner.
