Finance and Office Manager

You will be in-charged of developing and enhancing procedures to make sure everything runs smoothly for the Center. You will also oversee Forecast and Budget Management to ensure the Center and Function achieve process efficiencies. This role reports to Director Shared Financial Services, APAC.

Main Responsibilities:

• Financial and Cost Management: Develop strategies for long-term financial goals. Analyzing, monitoring, and reporting on financial data
• Office Operations and Procedures: Organize office layout, order supplies and maintain office condition including coordinating with IT, Facilities and Service Providers.
• Administrative Support: Managing organized workspaces for efficient, conducive and productive work environment.
• Vendor and Budget Management: Handle contract and price negotiations with vendors, manage office budget and ensure invoicing and payments.
• Employee and Visitor Support: Help with onboarding and offboarding of employees, provide general support to visitors, addressing employee queries regarding office management.
• Site Environmental, Health and Safety Lead: Implement and maintain EHS procedures including emergency response plan and procedures.
  
  

Qualifications:

• University degree in business/finance/accounting with interest to develop career in Finance or Shared Services environment
• Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and vendor management
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook in particular)
• Knowledge in ERPs (Oracle, SAP) and Procurement Tools (ePro, Ariba)
