  • Review and coordinate for daily finance operation matters, monthly closing of accounts , prepare financial reports, analysis for management’s decision making and ensure compliance with group’s accounting policies.
  • Assist on compiling Group Consolidation required information for quarter board meeting and yearly financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance of tax and statutory requirement and to assist for Group Tax Planning.
  • To monitor cash flow projection and treasury activities.
  • Ensure timely and high level financial or management reporting and analysis
  • Coordinating to prepare yearly budgets, forecast and/or any business feasibility study.
  • To adhere to all accounting guidelines as well as complying with generally accepted current accounting standards.
  • To assist in the evaluation of any financial proposals
  • To ensure that the company complies with its obligations by compiling periodic internal and statutory reports.
  • To liaises and maintain good effective relationships with banks, suppliers, government authorities, external auditors, tax agent and others relevant professional bodies.
  • Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior/management.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Accounting or its equivalent.
  • Min 3 year related working experiences for this position.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. IFCA.net).
  • Strong analytical mind with a strategic ability.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Possess hands-on personality who works autonomously with a lean and flat structure in dynamic organization.
  • Experienced in audit field and property developer industry will be an advantages.
