FINANCE MANAGER

Job Description

• Immediate Hiring
• Responsible for full sets of accounts, provide monthly financial and accounting reports, cash management and other management in a timely manner as required by law as well as corporate office to facilitate decision making and operational management.
• Ensure all invoices are sent to the site by the team
• Ensures all AR and AP sides are managed
• Ensure Cash Flows for company is maintained
• To monitor and manage online banking for company's bank accounts
• Ensures the Company complies to all statutory requirements including audit, tax matters and any other corporate governance
• Establish operational budgets and manage company cash flow to ensure the budgeted goals are achieved and cost objectives are met
• Manage and review audited accounts and to ensure all audit findings are promptly settled
• Manages and supervises operational activities of Accounts, Credit Control, Business Office and Patients Business
• Monitor and analyze margins, inventory and key drivers in delivering product category objectives
• Analyze capital expenditure against investment targets
• Prepare key commentary
• Submit annual income tax return
• Annual budgeting, forecast and quarterly budget review
• Undertake Corporate exercise such as M&A and corporate restructuring
  
  Qualifications and Experience
  Degree in Accounting/Finance or possess Professional Qualifications eg CA, ACCA, CPA
  Minimum 3 - 5 years relevant working experience
