Front Office Runner

Key Responsibilities :
1) In the Guest Relations Service excellence spectrum, deliver outstanding customer service by supporting the Front Office team with operational runner functions. This includes professionals skilled in communication, tour guidance, and product mise-en-place, baggage administration for high-end clientele.
2) Provide essential operational services, such as buggy transportation, setting up operations and luggage assistance, and other general support related to the Front Office division.
3) Responsible for delivering professional in-house runner services while operating the Resort vehicle, including the safe transportation of guests and products.
4) Handle in-house traffic operational movements and oversee division inventories. Ensure all necessary supplies and information are readily available.
5) Responsible for maintaining the condition of the operational vehicle, including keeping maintenance records, setting up the vehicle, and ensuring it is clean and sanitized to uphold the standards of our luxury services at all times.

7) Collaborate effectively with other members of the Operations team.
8) Communicate efficiently with the team to guarantee seamless service operations.
9) Provide support in maintaining a warm and inviting reception area and deliver an exceptional guest experience throughout their stay at the Resort.
10) Develop a thorough understanding of Resort operations to make informed recommendations to guests.
11) Address guest inquiries or ad-hoc requests and channel them appropriately to ensure business continuity.
12) Work closely with the Front Office team to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
13) Adhere to all safety and health guidelines in handling general Front Office operations.
14) Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in all Front Office areas.
Job Requirement :
1) 5 working days with shift-type work schedules.
2) Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent certificates or experience.
3) Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Front Office Runner in the Hospitality industry.
4) Knowledge of the Hospitality and Tourism industries, including market trends.
5) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
7) Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
