Job scope

  • Oversee all aspects of the operation within the organization & maintain a smooth work flow between the departments.
  • Improving internal processes for better productivity.
  • Enforce business policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Manage budget and monitoring the financial health of the business units.
  • Hire and train new staff to continuously grow the team and ensure employee retention. Oversee training and employee performance.
  • Assist on licensing and compliance to all laws and regulations imposed by authorities and government.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and administrative guidelines for internal procedures and processes.
  • Assist on all agreements review.
  • Assist on new project and set up of areas.
  • Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively.
  • Manage shipping flows and documentations.
  • Manage Letter of Credit (LC) presentations and documentations.
  • Assist review and approval on internal documents.
  • Liaise with all stakeholders ( Eg : Auditors , consultants , bankers and etc.)
  • To perform all other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

  • Degree / Masters in related fields to Marketing / Business administration/Business Management
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required skills(s): Leadership, planning, cost analysis, computer literate, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong decision-making ability.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable.
  • Strong working knowledge of operational procedures.
  • Experience in Accounting & Legal.
  • Knowledge in compliance strategy (eg : ISO, MIDA and etc)
  • Knowledge in Shipping and logistic arrangement
  • Knowledge in Bank Facilities & Bank Instruments (Eg : LC)
  • Knowledge in HR procedures.
