Job Description:
- You have a vital role to develop and implement effective, inspiring and consistent designs for all marketing and promotional materials for media needs, digital applications, POSM, and social media channels.
- Ability to work independently from creative concept to execution.
- Communicate with marketing and sales team to establish strategies and design concepts for marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging and visually appealing visual communication for marketing campaign.
- Prepare visual guides for retail outlets on how to appropriately display the products and visual merchandising areas of the store.
- To ensure all design work adheres to the best practises of print, digital and social trends and requirements.
- Capture high-quality photographs for use in various marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and advertisements, when required.
- Constant and pro-active branded assets optimisation throughout the company.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives – from brief, creative, design and production.
- Maintain and organize a digital asset library, ensuring easy access to creative resources for the team.
- Managing projects deliverables and key deadlines.
Desired Skills and Experience
Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design or similar trades
At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing communication, graphic designing, multimedia, basic video production, experience in ecommerce or retail industry will be an advantage.
Strong proficiency in Design software / Apps, Microsoft Excel and Power-point.
Creative and innovative mindset, digitally savvy.
Well-versed with new and existing social media platforms.
Stay updated on industry trends and design tools/software to ensure our creative output remains innovative and competitive.
Strong attention to details.
Photography and videography skills will be an added advantage.
Understand and manage the entire print process, from concept to production, ensuring the quality and accuracy of printed materials such as print ads, flyers, brochures, OOH, etc
Prepare Final Artwork (FA) files for print production, including pre-press setup, colour management, and file optimization.
Knowledge in Digital assets such as banners, emailers, gifs, etc
Ability to work effectively and independently within a dynamic working environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
An active team player, you are hands-on in supporting timely in-store installation of communication tools with minimal disruption to retail peak periods if necessary.
