The Opportunity We're looking for an ambitious IT professional ready to step into their first IT Manager role. - Lead IT support operations for all HealthMetrics employees across Malaysia and Indonesia
- Manage Microsoft 365 administration, user access, and identity management
- Oversee onboarding/offboarding workflows and employee device management
- Establish service level agreements and continuously improve IT service delivery
- Build and manage the IT ticketing system and knowledge base
- Establish enterprise systems procurement approval workflow
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations (HRIS, CRM, ERP, business applications)
- Conduct system inventory and audit across all business units
- Drive vendor consolidation and cost optimisation
- Ensure integration strategy and security compliance for all enterprise systems
- Build and lead a high-performing IT team (grow from 1 to 3–4 people in Year 1)
- Hire IT Administrator, IT Automation Engineer, and additional support roles
- Develop team capabilities and foster continuous learning
- Collaborate with business unit leaders across Malaysia and Indonesia
- Work with IT Automation Engineer to improve and expand internal automation
- Implement endpoint management across the organisation
- Drive self-service adoption to scale IT support efficiently

What We’re Looking For
Experience (Must-Have):
- 5–8 years in IT support or IT administration roles
- Currently in Assistant IT Manager, Senior IT Administrator, IT Team Lead, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD)
- Experience supporting 100+ employees in a business environment
- Track record of improving processes and solving problems
- Some team leadership experience (even informal—mentoring juniors, leading projects)
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and business leaders
- Excellent stakeholder management—ability to negotiate, influence, and build consensus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Eager to learn and grow into a leadership role
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch
- Bias for action—can make decisions with incomplete information
- Customer-focused with genuine care for employee experience
- Systems thinker who sees connections between IT, business operations, and enterprise systems
- Enterprise systems procurement or vendor management experience
- IT service management frameworks (ITIL)
- Endpoint management platforms (Intune, Jamf, MDM)
- Basic scripting or automation knowledge (PowerShell, Python)
- Budget management experience
