To lead and manage the Operating Theatre, Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab), and Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD), ensuring high standards of patient care, efficient operation, and compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field; Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Post-basic qualification in perioperative nursing or relevant clinical specialization.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of OT, Cath Lab, and CSSD operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Leadership and team management.
- Clinical expertise in surgical and catheterization procedures.
- Strategic planning and decision-making.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Financial acumen and resource management.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and patient safety.
- This role requires flexibility to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Ability to respond to emergencies and critical situations.
- Occasional on-call duties and extended working hours may be necessary.
