About the Company

ourteam is partnering with an early-stage company in stealth, founded by experienced operators and investors. Our mission: to reimagine professional services - tax, corporate secretary, finance, legal & M&A - with AI at the core.

They’re building a platform that starts with AI-native products and, over time, grows into a full-fledged services business through both building and acquiring capabilities.

This is a founding team role. You’ll shape our platform and products from day zero, working directly with the founding partners.

About the Role

As Head of Product / Platform, you will:

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and platform strategy across multiple professional services verticals.
• Architect the core platform layer — enabling reusable components such as document intelligence, workflow automation, compliance checks, and AI-powered copilots.
• Translate market insights and customer needs into products with clear, measurable value propositions.
• Partner with engineering, design, and domain experts (tax, legal, finance, M&A) to rapidly build, test, and scale products.
• Set product culture: experimentation, velocity, and clarity from 0 → 1 → scale.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow a world-class product team as the company scales.
