Hospital Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Demostrating and communicating the benefits of the Company's product range, business and promotion plan to customer
• Contact potential medical teams at hospitals, doctors, nurses to promote our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
• Training staff on the use and operational procedures of equipment supplied by the Company
• Working closely with colleagues to increase sales and market awareness
• Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing customers and provide excellent services
• Provide after sales service to customers
• To achieve sales target and objectives set by the Company consistently through effective and efficient selling activities in the assigned territories
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results report, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly & annual territory analysis, competitive activities and potential for new products and services
• To provide competitive information such as bid situations, pricing data in order to establish negotiated pricing contracts for the assigned products
• Gather, analyze and deliver information from the field to allow the company to develop strategies and products appropriated to the Quality and Safety Testing market.

Requirements

• Preferably candidates possess at least a Professional Certificate in Busines Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
• 2 - 3 year (s) of working experience in related field, and candidates without medical field experience are encourage to apply if you have a strong sales background
• Must be performance-oriented, resourceful and aggressive with strong sense of responsibility
• Possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, and computer literate
• Hardworking, self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as being a team player
