Job Responsibility

  • Handle recruitment & interview process
  • Manage employee records and documentation
  • Support onboarding and training
  • Assist in employee engagement activities
  • Ensure HR policies are followed
  • Handle leave, medical claims, and other HR tasks
  • Handle Admin Matters

Job Requirements

  • Must possess at least a Diploma
  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin
  • Experience in HR or related field
  • Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training, etc.)
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
