Responsibilities:

  • Assist Team Leader in all payroll or other HR related matters.
  • Support day-to-day HR duties and operations.
  • Handle day-to-day operations of general administrative support on office matters.
  • Checking and review monthly bills and coordinate with the Finance department to facilitate timely payments.
  • Responsible for HR and operational functions such as report, research and analysis.
  • Assist in general administrative tasks, such as data entry, document management, and filing.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls and reply accordingly.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ad-hoc assignment instructed by HOD and Management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience as a HR and Admin Executive.
  • Computer literate with skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
