Responsibilities:
- Assist Team Leader in all payroll or other HR related matters.
- Support day-to-day HR duties and operations.
- Handle day-to-day operations of general administrative support on office matters.
- Checking and review monthly bills and coordinate with the Finance department to facilitate timely payments.
- Responsible for HR and operational functions such as report, research and analysis.
- Assist in general administrative tasks, such as data entry, document management, and filing.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls and reply accordingly.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Ad-hoc assignment instructed by HOD and Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a HR and Admin Executive.
- Computer literate with skills in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
