Responsibilities:

  • Be the contact point all payments and deductions for payroll processing including incentives, overtime, claims, allowances, deductions, and statutory compliance.
  • Consolidate and make entries for all payroll payment and deduction elements including incentives, allowances, deductions, basic salary, bonuses, and statutory contributions of all staff to ensure the transactions process in accurate and compliance manner.
  • Ensure pro ration and back payment or recovery of all allowances and deduction for all staff including staff movement, new hires, resignation and termination to ensure accuracy being met.
  • Consolidate and prepare GIRO payments from off payroll cycle including entering data in banking system for reimbursement and annual statutory declaration such as Borang EA and Borang E for Company and subsidiaries.
  • Prepare and tally monthly payroll reports of the Company and subsidiaries for both internal and external purpose including proper record documentation of all payments and statutory receipts.
  • Monitor and ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and effectively by booking authorization slot of directors, reserving sufficient fund with Finance and check the bank transaction status within the stipulated timeline.
  • Serve as administrator for HRIS systems.


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Candidate must possess at least two (2) years of working experience in payroll function.
  • Experience to handle payroll for more than 1,000 headcount will be an advantage.
  • Successful candidates are well-verse with payroll system.
  • Good communication skills.
