Position Title: HR Intern

Location: Dataran Prima, Petaling Jaya

Job Type: Internship (5 days a week)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting follow-up surveys.
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events or training sessions.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with policy development.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and responding to employee inquiries.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
