HR Specialist (Contract Basis)

Job Description:

1. Assist in conducting effective training needs analysis on a yearly and ongoing basis to determine the organization’s development needs.

2. Design and develop training programs, materials, and resources, both online and in-person, that cater to the specific needs of various departments.

3. Customize training sessions to align with business objectives and promote employee growth. Track and evaluate employee progress post-training to ensure the effectiveness of the programs.

4. Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars across different teams and departments.

5. Coordinate with external training providers and manage third-party training arrangements.

6. Maintain accurate training records and databases to produce relevant training reports as and when required.

7. Provide support for recruitment matters, if needed.

8. Provide support for payroll and employee activities, if needed.

9. Perform all other duties, activities and responsibility that may be assigned by the superior whenever necessary from time-to-time.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration / Psychology / Law or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in human resources.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 standard and HRDF will be an advantage.
• Able to handle multiple tasks systematically and a team player.
• Languages: English and Malay and Mandarin would be an added advantage.
