- Oversee the setup, relocation, and expansion of distribution hubs, including equipment and manpower planning.
- Improve daily hub operations, resolve operational bottlenecks, and ensure SOP and security compliance.
- Plan and manage staffing levels, especially during peak periods, and support ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Enforce hub security protocols and emergency response measures to ensure parcel safety.
- Able to communicate well in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. Proficiency in Mandarin is sought after but not mandatory.
- Candidate possesses at least a SPM or above
- Candidates with experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant fields are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates comfortable with data-analysis or has experience with AutoCAD possess an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Proficient in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for short-term Hub visits.
- Willing to travel across Malaysia and possess own transport.
