Human Resource Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist in performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
• Help organize training sessions and workshops.
• Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR or a related role.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
