Human Resource Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
- Help organize training sessions and workshops.
- Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR or a related role.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
