Responsibilities:
• Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
• Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
• Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
• Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
• Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
• Design and run employee training and development programs.
• Develop employee recognition and rewards programs.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with government agencies and employee unions.
• Job advertisement drafting and job posting
• Handle staff attendance, leave, claims and etc.
• Assist in organizing company's staff engagement activities and company events, to maintain a positive work culture.
• Manage onboarding and new hire process
• Ensuring all departmental reports are submitted in accordance with the SOP
• Implement the Company Policy where relevant.
