Job Description
Requirement
- To perform full cycle of recruitment process including preparation of job description, job posting, talent sourcing, screening, and interviewing process.
- Preparation of hiring documentation including offer letter, employee personal information, and other related documents.
- Assist and perform onboarding process for newcomers.
- Foreign workers permit renewal matters ( FOMEMA ,.
- Assist to prepare payroll computation with the HQ HR team such as salary, overtime, allowances, service point, medical, claims summary and etc.
- Maintain staff & workers details in system & ensure the details are properly updated.
- To attend to others ad hoc matters given by superior.
- Work closely with different departments to ensure workforce stability.
- To prepare HR relevant reports as and when required.
- Handling of employee relations and grievances, counselling, disciplinary issues and its proced
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least in Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Required Skill(s): Pleasant personality, able to work in a team, and willing to learn new knowledges.
