主要職責
- 來源，透過多種管道（Linkedin、招募板、推薦等）識別並吸引頂尖人才
- 管理從篩選和麵試到錄用談判和入職的整個招聘流程。
- 了解職位需求並為不同部門制定有效的招募策略。
- 確保候選人在整個招募過程中獲得積極且有吸引力的體驗。
- 追蹤招募指標（例如招募時間、每次招募成本等）並使用數據優化招募流程。
- 確保招募流程符合當地勞動法和內部政策。
- 人力資源、工商管理或相關領域的學士學位。
- 至少有 2 年招募、人員配置或人才獲取經驗。
- 優秀的口頭和書面溝通能力。
- 協商報價和合約以確保頂尖人才。
- 注重細節準確。
- 具有申請人追蹤系統 (ATS)、招聘平台和人力資源軟體經驗。
- 具有較強的人際溝通能力，能夠與候選人和招募團隊建立關係和信任。
- 評估招募過程中的挑戰並提供解決方案。
- 在快節奏的環境中優先考慮多個角色和截止日期。
