Job Overview

The successful candidate will support Introducing Brokers (IBs) and their clients in the East Asia region, by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on products and services. This role requires daily collaboration with cross-functional teams and strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize workflows.

Main Responsibilities

• Onboard and integrate partners into internal systems efficiently.
• Provide administrative support to the Business Development team.
• Establish and maintain strong communication with partners for seamless collaboration.
• Address partner and client inquiries, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Prepare reports on business support operations and coordinate with departments and clients for prompt, high-quality responses.
• Assist managers in independently handling general client inquiries.
• Collect and analyze data from various teams to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in IB Support, Affiliate Marketing, Sales or a relevant position.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Proficient in managing and analyzing data.
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin.
• Ability to follow structured workflows and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organized with strong multitasking abilities.
