Job Responsibility

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, chat messages, and web inquiries from prospective and existing customers.
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate information on products or services.
  • Convert inquiries into sales opportunities by delivering tailored product recommendations.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of product features, promotions, and pricing structures.
  • Manage and update customer information and sales activities using CRM tools.

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Education: SPM holders are welcome, provided they have strong English skills.
  • Fresh Graduates: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, especially if they have a keen interest in salesâpersonality will be a key factor.
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is an added advantage.
