Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain IT infrastructure, information security, network and server.
• Provide IT technical support to end users for all IT equipment.
• Support IT operation system log and security administration.
• Support IT operation network includes LAN, WAN, switches, routes, network printers.
• Maintain attendance device, CCTV and Door Access devices.
• Ensure software, hardware and license compliance.
• Develop and document standard operating procedure, policies and IT assets.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required skills: Windows server, , LAN, WAN, PC troubleshooting.
• Good implementation, troubleshooting and analytical knowledge of Cisco networking devices.
• Self-motivated, proactive and customer oriented attitude to be able to provide 24x7 standby support.
• Able to work under pressure and less supervision.
• Experience in virtualization and SAN is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel with short term stay to support at oversea subsidiary companies.
