All about the role:
We are looking for an exceptional HR (People) Intern to be part of our People Services and Solution (PS&S) team while ensuring a smooth HR operational support activities for the Electrolux APAC&MEA Countries. In this role you will be focusing on the area of Employee Enquiries, People Policies, People administration, Continuous improvement, Employee Engagements and People Systems such as Workday and Service Now.
The ideal candidate requires to have a good collaborative skill with the ability to, drive change, think on creative solutions and meet objectives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will embody Electrolux culture through their attitude and behaviors.

What you’ll do :
Operational Excellence
- Responds to employee queries pertaining to People policies, employee handbook, employee benefits, and other People related matters.
- Assists specialists to manage People case management system, in dispatch case to other People workstreams in Service Now.
- Supports in Workday related enqueries such as system navigation, workflow and functionality.
- Supports in preparing People related project documentation and tracking files.
- Assists in Knowledge Base document preparation.
- Participates and assists specialist in people processes improvements.
- Supports with the coordination of new hire orientations and other administration tasks.
- Writes employee communications and correspondence about updates in People policies and employee engangements.
- Supports with vendor coordination activity, assist in minute taking, sending calendar invites etc.
- Assists in Document filling.
- Flexible and able to cross support other leaders in PS&S workstream.
- Other Ad-Hoc duties assigned by line manager.
- Embrace first level resolution, putting customer first, bringing an outside-in perspective to encouraging collaboration, transparency, and engagement, promoting diversity and encouraging open feedback.
- Candidate must possess at least or currently pursuing bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resources, psychology, or equivalent.
- No work experience required.
- Good interpersonal skill and ability to communicate well both oral & written (English) in a diverse work environment
- An additional Asian language is an advantage.
- Work independently with minimum supervision.
- Proactive, work efficiently and effectively to deliver results.
- Demonstrable problem solving & ability to handle challenging issues in a dynamic environment.
- You build trust, good working relationships and communicate effectively with your colleagues and across functions. You can manage changing priorities with ease.
You will be based in our Petaling Jaya office, and you will be part of our People Team, People Services and Solutions Organization.
