Job Responsibility
- Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Learn and assist in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions.
- Help with bank reconciliations and month-end closing procedures.
- Gain exposure to tax-related documentation and compliance.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and organized financial records.
- Collaborate with the finance team on ad-hoc projects and tasks.
- Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients or vendors when required.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) is required for communication with clients/vendors.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Hands-on training in full spectrum accounting.
- Mentorship from experienced finance professionals.
