- Monitor and reconcile  transactions to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Input and process monthly expense claims in our accounting system with precision.
- Assist with special projects and any additional tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
- Perform various administrative tasks including filing, updating invoices, and maintaining organized records in our system.
- Work efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor in Accountancy/Finance, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Business Studies or other equivalent subject.
- Preferably 3-6 months internship
- Being proficient in English and speaking in Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
- Hands-on experience in financial processes and accounting systems (ERP system and AutoCount).
- Development of valuable computer application skills.
