About the Role
As an Events & Marketing Intern at Caveman BD Events, your main focus will be supporting the team in delivering memorable on-ground events and brand activations. While events will be your core responsibility, you may also assist the marketing team with simple digital or promotional tasks when needed. This role offers hands-on experience in the real workings of brand campaigns and event planning.
Requirements
Events (Primary Scope)
- Assist in planning and executing events, launches, and activations.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, venues, talents, and partners.
- Support proposal preparation, timelines, quotations, and event logistics.
- Attend team or client meetings and document minutes and next steps.
- Provide on-ground support for setup, rehearsals, and live event days.
- Assist with event rundown, checklist, and post-event documentation.
- Support the social media team with captions, photos, and scheduling.
- Help compile marketing decks, mood boards, or past event reports.
About the Role
