Job Responsibility

  • Provide full administraive supprt to the depatment in daily operation
  • To assist the superior in the implementation of marketing strategies
  • Draftng business letters, memos ad confidential documents
  • Prepare, Organise and coordinate marketing activites (road shows and presentation kits) of company projects
  • To assist in the advertising and promotional activitie
  • To undetake specific assignment as instructed by the superiors from time to time
  • To prepare weekly/monthly report(s) on sales, activities etc asat when require by the superior

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must posess at least a SPM/STPM, Diploma, Degree or Equivalent
  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
  • Able to travel and Possess of valid Driving License (Car/Motorcycle)
  • IT-literate and proficient in MS Office softwar applicaton
  • Excellent interprsonal an communication skills with multi-lingual ability
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, dedicated and able to work under pressure
  • Able to meet deadlines and work well as a team member/independently

Job Benefits

  • Operation Hours:
    • MON-FRI 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Closed on National / Selangor Public Holidays
  • Basic Salary (monthly): RM2,500-RM4,000
  • Allowace: Travel/Medical/Phone/Bonus
