Job Responsibility
Liaisons with architects, M & E consultants, contractors and owners representatives (developer)
Site checking and inspection with relevant parties after work has been done.
To attend & solve technical problems of any company products at site
Submission of progress reports and progress claims
To attend & solve technical problems of any company products at site
Ensure all works and projects are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
Trouble-shoot and report on facilities and building repairing works.
Shall take responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.
Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent from reputable universities.
Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
Possess sound knowledge in Building plan, building facilities and electrical issues.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure / instruction.
Job Benefits
Monthly Allowance RM 500 per Month
