Role Overview

Supports regulatory compliance and government engagement by conducting policy research, coordinating with regulatory bodies, and preparing documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on local & international policy developments and industry trends.
  • Assist in internal reviews & audits related to regulatory compliance.
  • Support in preparing briefing documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings and engagements with government bodies, including documentation and follow-ups.
  • Attending Confederation of Malaysian Brewers Berhad (CMBB) & government engagement /meetings as a secretariat, alongside Regulatory Affairs Manager
  • Involved in crisis management matters and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Law or any relevant field
  • Minimum CGPA 3.0, Second Class Upper or equivalent
  • Malaysian graduates not in any employment
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to commit for 3 months
  • Proven leadership skills in extra-curricular activities
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Innovative and systematic with sound analytical skills
  • High work capacity, self-driven and a team-player
  • Proactive, action-oriented, persistent and resilient
  • Passion in the beer industry
