Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the execution of projects.
- Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project timelines, specifications, and safety standards.
- Lead site meetings and prepare project reports and updates for stakeholders.
- Manage and coordinate site team activities, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Negotiate and verify contractor claims, invoices, and progress payments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during project execution.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
- Enforce QMS, HSE, and ISO-compliant procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Project Management related field.
- Assistant Project Manager with 3 years experience encourage to apply.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in palm oil mill projects.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of palm oil mill processes and construction methods is highly preferred.
- Willing to travel and work at project sites (domestic/overseas).
