Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring stock levels and ensuring inventory accuracy. This includes regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies
  • Assisting with order fulfillment and processing, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of jewelry items
  • Maintaining optimal stock levels to meet demand without overstocking. This involves coordinating with suppliers and managing reorders
  • Inspecting jewellery items for quality and ensuring they meet company standards before they are added to inventory
  • Maintaining detailed records of inventory movements, including receipts, shipments, and returns
  • Liaising and working closely with vendors/other departments, on sales/stock logistics, to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in any field
  • Experience specifically in the jewelry industry can be a significant advantage
  • Detail oriented
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with suppliers and other departments
  • Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and other related issues
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness, given the valuable nature of the inventory
