- Participate in pre-sales activities including, but not be limited to, conducting Proof of Concepts (PoC), Building BoQ’s, Supporting in security designs, writing proposals, delivering product specific presentations and training… etc
- Provide technical pre-sales support to various entities for the purpose of promoting and selling products/Solutions. Entities include potential customers, existing customers, partners, and resellers. Provides security engineering designs and implementation in all aspects of Security Solutions
- Primary and (Secondary) Product Champion for one or more of the solutions products
- Respond to customer requests for proposals, develop designs and bills of materials for cost-effective solutions
- Engage with customers as a trusted advisor, listening and understanding their challenges and requirement - both technical and business, and clearly articulate and communicate to the sales team, and document them
- Configuration build of material on the cyber security to meet the customer requirement
- Design and provide HLD / LLD proposal to customer base on best practices
- Builds HLD infrastructure configurations and connections
- Able to articulate the cyber security knowledge and it’s infrastructure component, solution and design with the overall Security Technology Strategy and in line with industry best practices
- Understand the customer’s troubles and security infrastructure problems and articulate the best solution to fix it.
- Maintaining a close relationship with the Technology Architecture, Engagement team and customer
- Required to scope the work(SOW) needed for the deployment, setup, installation and configuration of the solution proposed
- Upon complete the presales engagement, required to hand over to NEC Delivery Support Services (DSS) team for deployment, and project management
- Establishes customer environment by designing system configuration and directing system installation.
