IT Asset Vendor Management Intern

Main Responsibilities

• Flexera Contract Management Analysis:
• Support the IT Asset Vendor Management team in managing contracts using the Flexera Contract Management tool.
• Help review and analyze contract terms, conditions, and renewal dates.
• Help maintain an up-to-date and accurate contract repository.
• QBR (Quarterly Business Review) Score Card Data
• Help create the QBR schedule and scorecard
• Help collect and analyze data for QBR scorecard
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely data collection
• Audit and Compliance Monitoring:
• Help monitor vendor compliance with contractual obligations and licensing agreements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to software license agreements and compliance requirements.
• Help prepare for vendor audits by gathering necessary documentation and conducting internal audits.
• Maintain support policies, documentation, and help with communication plans
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• May required to work flexible hours to collaborate with Global team
• Knowledge of IT Procurement tools, software installation and standard IT operating procedures is beneficial
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills along with strong oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of IT system architectures on-premises and cloud-based solutions
• Knowledge of information security and risk management.
