Responsibilities

  1. To head Server Racks and Cabling business.
  2. Responsible to promote and sell the company's product.
  3. Attend to sales inquiries, and educate customer on company's product.
  4. Business development – Find new clients.
  5. BAU - Grow existing accounts.
  6. Feedback market intelligence such as market dynamic, industry trending & competition.
  7. Daily work plans, weekly call reports and monthly report.

Job Scope

Client Consultation: Collaborate with pre-sales to understand client needs, requirements, and pain points. Participate in client meetings and presentations to gather information about their existing infrastructure and challenges.

Solution Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations (support by pre-sales) to showcase the features and benefits of proposed solutions to clients. Address technical questions and concerns from clients during presentations.

Collaboration: Develop a winning strategy for each client engagement. Collaborate with solution managers, engineers, and other teams to ensure that proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with the company's offerings.

RFP and RFQ Responses: Crafting responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Quotations (RFQs) with accurate and comprehensive technical information. Ensure that all technical aspects of the proposals are well-defined and meet client requirements.

Pilot and Proof of Concept (PoC): Coordinate and lead pilot projects or proof of concepts to validate the proposed solutions in real-world scenarios. Provide technical guidance throughout the PoC process, addressing any issues that arise.

Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by being responsive to their technical inquiries and concerns. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their business needs and offering appropriate solutions.

Travel and Presentations: Depending on the organization and client locations, the role might involve occasional travel to conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and workshops.

Requirement

  1. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (good to have).
  2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field.
  3. Main customers: Enterprises Solution Integrators (SI), Telecom & ICT Resellers, ELV Contractors, GLC and/or Consultants.
  4. Self-driven, result oriented, aggressive and highly disciplined.
