Job Responsibility

  • Provide first-level IT support to all employees, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Administer and maintain the company's local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN), ensuring network stability and security.
  • Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect the company's data and systems from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
  • Perform regular data backups and implement disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity in case of system failures or data loss.
  • Manage and maintain the company's IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and IT assets, ensuring accurate records and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain IT documentation, including standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of IT infrastructure upgrades and expansions, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma in Information Technology or a related field, providing a foundational understanding of IT principles and practices.
  • Demonstrate strong IT support skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users.
  • Exhibit proficiency in network administration, including the configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of network infrastructure components.
  • Have experience in system maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of IT systems and servers.
  • Be capable of providing comprehensive technical support, addressing hardware and software inquiries, and resolving technical challenges in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate expertise in hardware and software installation, ensuring proper setup, configuration, and integration of IT equipment and applications.
  • Possess a solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, with the ability to implement security measures to protect IT systems and data from threats.
  • Be proficient in data backup and recovery procedures, ensuring the availability and integrity of critical business data in the event of system failures or disasters.
  • Provide effective help desk support, responding to user inquiries, resolving technical issues, and escalating complex problems to appropriate IT personnel.
  • Assist in IT infrastructure management, contributing to the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure components to meet business requirements.
  • Must be willing to work onsite at the Shah Alam location to provide hands-on IT support and maintenance.
  • Must be proficient in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with colleagues and end-users.
  • Entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates with a strong interest in IT and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
