You’ll make an impact by

  • IT Strategy Execution: Lead the implementation of global IT strategies within the LCB SGP region, ensuring alignment with local business objectives.
  • IT Project Management: Oversee the execution of IT projects, from initiation to completion, within the LCB SGP region.
  • IT Business Partnership: Build strong partnerships with the business to understand their needs, provide IT solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • IT Financial Management: Manage IT budgets, optimize IT services, and ensure effective risk management within the region.
  • IT Change Management: Lead and support change management initiatives, including training, communication, and adoption of new IT solutions.
  • IT Data and Analytics: Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making, optimize processes, and support business growth.

You’d describe yourself as

  • Education and Experience: College degree in IT or related field with at least 10 years of IT or business excellence experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of ITIL, agile methodologies, SAP ERP, MS Dynamics, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
  • Business Acumen: Experience in IT management, especially managing third-party relationships, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Global Mindset: Ability to navigate a global matrix organization and collaborate effectively across cultures.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead and influence stakeholders.
  • Working location can be in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, or Vietnam.
