What you'll be doing

  • Provide responsive and efficient technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software and network-related issues
  • Monitor and maintain the company's IT systems, including servers, workstations, and network equipment
  • Implement and maintain IT security protocols to safeguard the company's data and systems
  • Perform software installations, updates, and configurations to ensure optimal system performance
  • Collaborate with the IT team to develop and document IT-related policies and procedures
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on the use of IT systems and applications
  • Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades and system implementations

    • What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT system support or network administration role
  • Strong technical expertise in managing Windows-based servers, workstations, and network equipment
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices and experience in implementing and maintaining security protocols
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively support end-users
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Relevant certifications in IT infrastructure, security, or networking would be an advantage
