Job Description

  • Prepare and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Process and key in invoices into accounting software
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
  • Handle billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies with clients.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, receipts, and payment records.
  • Assist in preparing monthly billing reports and financial summaries.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including SST and e-Invoicing.
  • Work closely with internal teams to streamline invoicing and billing processes.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in invoicing, billing, or accounting tasks.
  • Knowledge of e-Invoicing and SST regulations is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, Sysfreight).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
